At Modernmoods, you have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Important: If a claim regarding a defective product is found to be false, we reserve the right to refuse the return request after careful consideration.

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

How Can Customers Return Products?

  • Pack Your Items: Place all returned items in their original packaging along with a printed copy of your purchase confirmation email and the return label.
  • Ship the Return: Take the package to your local post office or courier and ship it to the address provided on your return label.

How Will Customers Get the Return Label?

Damages and Issues
